Annemarie is director of Advocacy and Programmes at Malaria No More, United Kingdom (MNM, UK)where she leads the organisation’s international policy and advocacy efforts as well as their direct programme investments in Africa. Annemarie works closely with UK policymakers, DFID, international development, R&D communities, and international partnerships. She has been involved in international health and development for over 10 years, joining MNM-UK from the Elton John AIDS Foundation, where she managed a diverse international grants portfolio spanning 4 continents. She has worked and travelled extensively in countries affected by malaria, including living in rural Uganda where she experienced malaria first hand more than once.
