  • Supply Chain Management for Malaria Control and Elimination

Dr Rima Shretta is associate director of the Economics and Finance at Global Health Group at the University of California, San Francisco and director of Malaria Financing at the Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance (APLMA). She has over 15 years of experience in strengthening health systems and global supply chains to improve access to medicines and medical products in low and middle income economies. She has provided strategic guidance to pharmaceutical systems in Africa, Asia and Latin America in the areas of policy change, capacity building, and also the development of tools and training materials and operational systems in support of malaria programs.

Trained as a pharmacist and epidemiologist, she has published papers in various peer reviewed journals and been a speaker at various international conferences and meetings.
