The 2013 Managing the End of Malaria Advanced Module was organized in collaboration with IESE Business School, a graduate school of the University of Navarra.
Using proven business concepts and effective program management strategies, participants in the Managing the End of Malaria Module gained a deeper understanding of how to evaluate and scale-up interventions to successfully eradicate malaria. The Module included various case studies as well as interactive discussions on topics including:
- managing interventions;
- project definition, selection and planning;
- financing tools and options;
- industry involvement; and
- stakeholder alignment and accountability.
