Sarah Hoibak is the Public Health and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Western Africa Team at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. She previously worked on numerous disease control and emergency programs in developing countries with a focus on malaria control programming.
