Managing the End of Malaria:

  • Innovative Financing II: Ensuring New Funding Avenues

Alexandra Cameron is a Technical Officer in the Market Dynamics team at UNITAID where she focuses on analyzing the markets of key malaria commodities related to prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Prior to this she worked for several years at the World Health Organization, primarily focused on conducting research and providing policy guidance on the management of national pharmaceutical prices. Dr Cameron has also worked as a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in Ontario, Canada. She earned a master’s degree in International Public Health from the University of Sydney and a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Utrecht.
